I'm Becki Neidens, a seasoned ADHD coach, yoga instructor, and outdoor adventurer who believes that life should be lived outside the box—on your terms, fueled by your strengths. For over 20 years, I’ve been helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of ADHD, guiding them to discover the unique talents that come with neurodivergence and showing them how to harness those strengths to create a life they love.

A Diverse Journey of Growth and Exploration

My journey is as diverse and dynamic as the wilderness I call home. I effectively began coaching in 2004 as a field staff instructor, and refined my expertise as the Director of SOAR’s Eagle View Ranch, a high-adventure program for youth with ADHD. During my decade of leadership, I saw firsthand how connecting with nature and stepping outside one’s comfort zone could unlock untapped potential. My experience working with hundreds of children and families shaped the foundation of my strength-based approach to coaching—an approach that celebrates creativity, resilience, and innovation. You don’t have to do it the way everyone else is doing it.

A Holistic Approach: Mind, Body, and Nature

My coaching isn't just about managing ADHD; it's about living fully. I’m a certified ADHD coach and yoga instructor who blends mindfulness, movement, and executive functioning strategies into my practice. Yoga and mindfulness have been powerful tools in helping my clients regulate their nervous systems, reduce stress, and improve focus. The outdoor adventure component adds another dimension—fresh air, movement, and nature all play a role in balancing the mind and body, providing clarity and calm in a busy, hectic world.

In 2014, I began serving my local community as a yoga instructor and introduced mindfulness practices into the lives of my students, including those at SOAR's GAP program. Whether we’re practicing yoga in the wilderness or discussing executive functioning strategies, I aim to help people move through life with greater ease and awareness.

The Renaissance Approach

What sets me apart as a coach is my love for adventure, creativity, and self-expression. I've spent years exploring the Wyoming wilderness, competing in the Tour Divide, a 2,500-mile self-supported mountain bike race along the Continental Divide, and road-schooling my children—all while continuing to coach and inspire others. My philosophy is to define success on your own terms, and I encourage my clients to do the same.

I bring this renaissance spirit into my coaching. Whether I’m painting vibrant landscapes, designing block-printed greeting cards, or teaching executive functioning strategies, I strive to embody the idea that ADHD is not a limitation—it’s a gift that, when nurtured, can lead to endless creative possibilities.

Strength-Based Coaching with Real Results

At the core of my coaching is an unwavering commitment to a strength-based approach. I help my clients view their ADHD and neurodivergence as unique talents, empowering them to solve problems creatively, embrace their innovative minds, and take on life’s challenges with confidence. Together, we build actionable strategies to bolster executive functioning, manage stress, and turn overwhelm into organized success.

My personal creed? Spend more time outside than inside, more time moving than sedentary, and more time serving others than tasks. This ethos informs everything I do, and I bring it into each coaching session to inspire my clients to develop their own creed of non-negotiables.
